Infertility is defined as not being able to get pregnant despite having frequent, unprotected sex for at least a year for most people and six months in certain circumstances.

Infertility affects about 15% of couples. It may be caused by a single factor or a combination of factors.

At Natural Medicine Family Practice we believe that preconception health is very important. The follicle that will become the egg begins to differentiate around 90 days before conception. Sperm production is around 120 days.

During the preconception time we will evaluate your reproductive health, hormones levels and nutritional levels. Fertility problems can be treated safely and effectively using natural medicine.

Our approach combines the most recent medical scientific research with traditional natural medicine practices to restore optimal health.
